Do you have education or experience in finance? Then you will be welcome to work in our financial department, which handles financial control, internal auditing, accounting and tax.

We also have several business areas at Orkla, each of which has its own CFO and financial support function. As one of Norway’s largest listed companies, we need smart heads at every stage, not least in finance.

Examples of working areas

  • A key role in the finance department is controller. This entails working in depth on working capital, risk modelling and support for the internal financial flows. You will also be involved in analysing and communicating the underlying reasons behind our quarterly results. You work closely with management teams and the Investor Relations department.
  • Another important area is financial planning and analysis. There, you work with tax, insurance, banking, finance and transaction experiences.

We also use our financial professionals for non-traditional tasks, such as sales, business development, IT and HR.

There are no restrictions when it comes to career paths with us, both locally and internationally. A good example is that many of our managing directors come from finance.
