Your role is critical

Most of our companies have a classic sales structure and offer business-oriented positions for both new and experienced candidates. We also invest heavily in e-commerce right across the countries we work in.

Recently we have created a dedicated department working on the Amazon Sales Pilot Project for Orkla in the Nordic countries. Here we need people with good digital sales and marketing skills, who can help to get this up and running right across Orkla’s countries and departments.

For recent graduates

If you are a recent graduate, the most common gateway is a key account assistant position. Here you get to work with large customers and learn about everything from negotiation and pricing of products to customer relationships in different channels.
